Any.do Integration

Any.do connection via OAuth, spaces and tasks sync, AI-powered task suggestions.

Any.do Connection

We use OAuth to securely connect with your Any.do account. No API keys or developer setup is needed — you authorize EffiClose directly through Any.do.

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find "Any.do" in the integrations list and click Connect
  3. You will be redirected to Any.do — sign in with your Any.do account and authorize EffiClose
  4. Select the space you want to connect (if you have access to multiple spaces)
  5. Select a board within the space, and then the section where new tasks will be created
  6. EffiClose creates a test task in the selected section to verify that permissions are configured correctly
  7. The integration status will show as "Connected"
Permissions: During authorization, EffiClose requests read and write access to your Any.do spaces, boards, and tasks. Any.do tokens are refreshed automatically — you will not need to re-authorize periodically.

Meeting Action Items to Tasks

After a meeting finishes, EffiClose extracts action items from the transcript and creates them as tasks in your connected Any.do section.

  • Task Name: The action item text becomes the task title
  • Notes: Additional context from the meeting, including assignee information and meeting timestamps
  • Due Date: When a deadline is mentioned in the meeting, it is set as the task due date

AI-Powered Task Suggestions

After a meeting, EffiClose analyzes the transcript and action items to suggest new Any.do tasks. Suggestions include the task name, notes, and due date when available.

  • Suggestions appear as "pending" for you to review and approve before any tasks are created in Any.do
  • Duplicate detection prevents suggesting tasks that already exist in your section
  • Approved suggestions are created as tasks in your configured space and section
