3. They Sign Up: When someone signs up using your link, they become your referral

Creating Referral Links

1. Navigate to Settings → Referral Program
2. Click Generate Referral Link
3. Your unique referral link will be created
4. Copy the link to share with others
5. Optionally customize the link with a friendly name

Sharing Your Link

Share your referral link through:

• Email: Send personalized emails to contacts
• Social Media: Share on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
• Direct Link: Copy and paste the link anywhere
• QR Code: Generate a QR code for easy sharing

Referral Tracking

Tracking Your Referrals

Monitor your referral activity:

• Total Referrals: Number of people who signed up using your link
• Active Referrals: Number of referrals who are actively using the platform
• Pending Referrals: Referrals who signed up but haven't activated yet
• Referral Status: Track the status of each referral

Referral Details

View detailed information about each referral:

• Referral Name: Name of the person who signed up
• Sign-up Date: When they created their account
• Status: Active, Pending, or Inactive
• Reward Status: Whether you've earned rewards for this referral

Earning Rewards

Rewards are typically earned when:

• Your referral signs up and verifies their email
• Your referral becomes an active user (uploads first recording)
• Your referral upgrades to a paid plan
• Your referral remains active for a specified period

Reward Types

Rewards may include:

• Credits: Platform credits for transcription hours or storage
• Discounts: Percentage off your subscription
• Free Months: Free months of service
• Cash Rewards: Monetary rewards (if applicable)

Claiming Rewards

1. Go to Settings → Referral Program → Rewards
2. View available rewards
3. Click Claim Reward for eligible rewards
4. Rewards are automatically applied to your account

Referral History

Viewing History

Access your complete referral history:

1. Navigate to Settings → Referral Program → History
2. View all referrals and their status
3. Filter by date range, status, or reward type
4. Export referral data (if needed)

Referral Statistics

Track your referral performance:

• Total Referrals: Lifetime referral count
• Conversion Rate: Percentage of referrals who become active
• Total Rewards Earned: Cumulative rewards received
• Monthly Referrals: Referrals this month
• Top Referral Sources: Where your referrals come from
